Blue Dart Express Limited — Important Courier not yet recieved

This Abu Ahmed Saleh, my way bill no. i.e. track no is "[protected]" dated August 19, 2015 is not yet received. I have check the status it was given as "Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed". If my premises was closed than they should call me, otherwise what is the use of giving the contact number. It was suppose to get delivered by August 20, 2015. This is very poor service i had ever faced from any courier company. My document was related with exam form which have due date on August 24, 2015.
