I HAD BOOKED THE ABOVE PARCEL FROM KOLKATA TO BANGLORE UNDER TDD.
THE PARCEL REACHED LATE AND I HAD CALLED THE OFFICE WHERE I HAD BOOKED IT, VIZ. SHAKESPEARE SARANI.
THE PEOPLE WERE EXTREMELY RUDE AND THEY SAID " BE HAPPY IT REACHED ONE DAY LATE, WE HAVE SO MUCH WORK IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN A WEEK." I STILL IGNORED THIS AND REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A SENIOR.
THE SENIOR SAID HE WILL SEND AN EMAIL AND REFUND THE PREMIUM TAKEN FOR TDD WHICH IS THE RULE.
I HAVE SENT AN OFFICIAL EMAIL TO THEIR ID AND TILL DATE THEY ARE TAKING ME FOR GRANTED.
THIS IS MY LAST APPEAL TO YOU TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM BECAUSE THIS MATTER HAS NOW INCLUDED SOME INSULT WHICH DONE TO ME.
THE MATTER IS NOT OF MONEY ANYMORE BUT OF RESPECT THAT A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE GIVEN.
PLEASE DIRECT YOUR STAFF THAT I AM NOT A BEGGAR.
