Blue Dart Express Limited — Loss of original engineering certificates

Blue dart courier team lost my original engineering certificates which was provide by Sound lines agency, Delhi . I am in a state of shock right now. Mrs.KRITIKA SHARMA, Client Relationship Manager, Soundlines HR Consultancy handed over my original engineering degree to Blue dart courier guy but unfortunately they attached two consignment in a single package and send those two consignments packed in a single envelope and delivered to sound lines, Mumbai office. But they receive at Mumbai only single packet consists of only passports without my original engineering degree certificate. Today they confirmed that they lost my engineering degree and apply to get the copy of it from my university. Due to someone's negligence i am suffering a lot.
