[Resolved] Blue Dart Express Limited — no sense to talk with customer

Gd morn i am from chennai .I ordered a tooth paste dispenser in snapdeal. In bluedart courier service they call me on 02.10.2014 at 11 o clk and they said today is a holiday can i delivered it on saturday and i said ok. Then they will come on saturday morning at 9.15 am that time iam not having tge cash and i said to that person pls wait 5 min i will be back at ATM .atm is very near to my home when i will be back that person is not there and i call to the courier company immediately the number in not in use. Today i call to customer care then the corier service person she contact me and she said my prrson he is not waiting for u and ur money they are not stading for 1 second and she said its ur mistake i[censored] want to get the product u come and collect to my office . I said i dont want the product. I DONT KNOW HER NAME WHO SPOKE TO ME. I HAVE ONLY THE CONTACT NO[protected]. Kindly pls obey the customer SHE DONT HAVE A SENSE AND SHE IS NOT SUITANLE FOR THIS KIND OF JOB. bcoz iam a MD of my consern i never had a this type of working person in consern.
