[Resolved]  Blue Dart Express Limited — non-arrival of courier person

The Airway Bill No [protected] from Citibank was in my name. The courier person called me on 03/07/2014 at about 02.30 pm and asked about my residence details. I told him that the residence is locked as all were out. He told me to be present on 04/07/2014 to deliver the parcel. Nobody turned up on that date. On 05/07/2014 at about 12.00 noon I called the office at[protected]. A lady informed me that the courier boy has gone for delivery. Nobody came on that date though I waited. 06th was a Sunday. On 07.07.2014 also no courier boy came to the residence for delivery and nobody picked up the phone. Is it the standard of service for a world class like "Blue dart" ? Early response is solicited.
