Hi, I've been trying to get this shipment for sometime but BlueDart's customer care number is not working so I'm forced to write this email. As per latest status of this shipment([protected]) it's mentioned that 'Need Department Name/Extention Number', I'm not able to understand why this information is required as my mobile number is available. Why no one is bothered to give me a single call when this shipment is going from one address to another. FYI my mobile number is [protected] .
