I would like to know that under what circumstances your volunteer fail to locate my address ; -

While this address is more than forty year old, AND not less than lac of letters/materials we received through postal or other means on this address .
I think this is a part of cheating with customer .
Do you think this is a breach of contract.?
And who will cover the loss made by you/your staffs.?
