[Resolved] Blue Dart Express Limited — Worst customer service and courier company. | |||
Was expecting product delivery on 30th august, delivery got delayed for two days. Again it was delayed for one more day due to to wrong pin code provided(either from ebay or bluedart's end) for my address. don't know why wasn't i called at the time of delivery. I called multiple times on 4th September and was ensured that i will receive the delivery before 6 p.m. but i did not receive the delivery. then i called again then they said i will receive it by 7 p.m. but i didn't. then they said i will receive it by 8 but i didn't. When i called at 9 pm they said you will receive by today, when i said look at the time, then they said you receive it by tomorrow. I am fed up calling again and again. Today its 5th Sept i called in the afternoon they i said i will recieve itin the evening before 6p.m. but i did not recieve it. When i called in the veneing they told you recieve tommorow(6th Sept).
