Hi, I have to write this with deep regret that your courier company is making all the efforts to disgrace your image. If you are not aware of the same, then please check the reviews on internet regarding the same. Going further, your customer care executive again made a false commitment to me regarding the delivery of my product. Last time when I contact to your executive, I was assured that it'll be delivered with in 30-45 mins after that no one is reachable.I can't provide any more trekking information to you and blue dart number is also not working. One out of 4 number clicked and they said they won't even give a call in case of failed attempt. I don't know why they are fooling around with customers. If you can't provide a decent service, either don't claim for delivery or shut down your shops; and if not then for God's sake, please stop making false promises. i am really surprise after facing such illiterate behavior from Blue Dart.
