I hv orderd a mobile plus 2 other items from OnePlus website of high value on 5th May 2022 Delivery was expected on 8th may. Didn't get so i hv complaint on OnePlus. OnePlus executive told me that they can't do anything and i myself have to contact bluedart courier partner ( visit blue dart office). I have complaint to bluedart they replied that the parcel has lost and they are finding please cooperate. How can i cooperate I hv paid through credit card. Statement is about to be generated in 2-3 days. I don't want that cancel and request to cancel the order still nobody is cooperating. Please help
