Hello team,
I would like to share my feedback for the recent shipment of my luggage that was couriered from bangalore to kolkata. The shipment was done via pioneers packers and movers on 22sept'18. I have not received my luggage till today i. E. 6oct'18. The first shipment was due on 1oct'18. As the team could not reach my house (Due to their issue) they informed me stating "we went to your house and no one was present". Now that's a lie!! Next shipment was due for 3oct'18. After several attempts of calling the driver, he informed "sorry today no time. Cannot be delivered". Another date was given to me for the shipment i. E. 5oct'18. I called the concerned person more than 15 times but he never responded the call after the first call where he said, "shipment will be done today after 8:30pm". I was given another date for shipment i. E. 6oct'18 after calling several people from bangalore and kolkata. I also want to inform that i was given incorrect information about the shipment centre (Don't know why). I even called the manager in kolkata and asked for feedback form and all i get to hear is "if you want please call the customer service we can't help you".
How can you be so irresponsible when it comes to your work? How can you lie and just not bother about your customers' issues? Is this how you run a company?
I have been waiting for my luggage since 2weeks now. Everyday i would listen "not today mam". How many more days should i wait? Blue dart is a trusted company but sadly the inner truth is blue dart does not care about the customers. Try looking at the luggage as your own luggage instead of "let it be not our concern". If your luggage was stuck here for weeks what would you do?
I hope i can escalate this matter and hope this time without any lies the management will take some actions
