Blue Dart Express — making fool

I m attaching the scrnshot of waybill no. 7 day before my courier reached to patna and till date no one has visit to deliver and no any call. When i contact with mr pankaj([protected]) they always say it will be deliver by EOD but at evening they even dont rcv the call..very rude behaviour on phone. Plz look at this and stop harrasing.
