Your employee didnt make a call to inform me about my parcel or about my address.

When i called and asked about my parcel they said parcel is return due to no service area.
Your jaipur office is at 22 godawn, and my delivery address is gurjar ki thadi.
And your call receiever have not any manner to talk with your valuable cutomers.
I file a request to you for doing proper action.
