Blue Dart Express — Misbehave with customer | |||
Hi Team, Your team received my Debit card from bank and your delivery person has denied to deliver the card to my registered address as that was my uncle's house. The problem is that your customer call center and delivery person misbehaved so much with my parents and with me over the phone. I was out of town and was not available and your delivery person has not asked me that in any case the card will be delivered to me only else I would have been available at home. Now I am badly stuck and no help has been provided by Blue dart to me. I was already frustrated and on top of that your customer care executive and delivery person yelling on me.
