Blue Dart Express — misbehaved and product not delivered by delivery boy | |||
My credit card was submitted to blue dart on 28th sep however they didn't call me and updated the status as "land mark needed" then i called the customer care and dropped the email with all details. Customer care gave me the contact number of delivery boy but that was waste. On 4th oct i got a call from that delivery boy and he said in very rude manner that if you have to collect you courier then you have to come at center point i will not come to your house. I requested that i can't come so he said then i will return your parcel. I immediately called the customer care and explained but again that was waste they said we will redirect your courier to secondary address. Now again they didn't call me single time and updating the comment that my address is not found. I didn't get any call till 3rd oct so i called the customer care and then they gave me the number of delivery boy. I tried to Was this information helpful? | |||
