Ref : [protected] Docket picked up on 2nd nov.@ mumbai. Delivery at department of space colony, bangalore. While tracking the shipment - it reflected that the it had arrived and was on the way for delivery, i had postponed all my plans and waited till 6pm on 3rd october, finally a got a surprise in the tracking, that delivery attempted - premises closed. On cross verifying with our security gate register it was found that no one from blue dart and entered our colony, thereafter i started following with cc, with no proper response/ answer and there continued to support the delivery team saying that we were not at home. Finally the shipment arrived at 5.25 on 5th nov, the delivery boy was so arogant which was not expected. This is not the service/ behavior of blue dart that we have expected. Dear team I will recieve a parcel bt ur agent can't deliver my parcel from last 5 days . I recieve a call on daily basis and they called we deliver ur parcel tomorrow bt they don't deliver my awb no is [protected]
