Blue Dart Express — My courier is not still not received. Blue dart tracker shows my courier is delivered at my house address.

Dear team,
Please find the attachment. As per attachment my courier was delivered on 3rd Feb 2023 at my house address. But I don't have received any courier so kindly take complaint against Blue dart because this is prectice is wrong. And I can't accept this my courier is very important for me and send by my company Bajaj Allianz Life insurance company Ltd. So kindly take this complaint and do the needful soon as possible.
