My courier status showing as delivered and it handed over to some unknown person. Parcel still not reached to me and it contains valuable items on it.

Please tell me how to get track of my courier. People using bluedart because of their responsible delivery and intelligent tracking system,

Updated by Roshen Francis My concern is not about how Bluedart going prevent this type incident in future, my ask is for retaining my parcel which contains RS 10000 worth gift card.

Wan there any sort of insurance coverage, for missing parcel or what compensation Blue dart provides to customers in case if they missed the parcel.
