R/sir, My way bill no. Is [protected] (Blue dart) and this order shipped at karnal on dated 25/7/18 and my shipment address is also in karnal. But today it is 27/7/18 and it is not received till date and i telephone call to blue dart office karnal and a person asked me please come to my office and receive your order if you need. Now sir please tell me blue dart one of the most exploring courier service whole over india and i am very shameful to hear this type of answer from your office please solve my problem and my order is very urgent please help me sir.
