I order a product through bluedart express on 9Th May. The delivery was expected on 15th May. 14th May onwards, they were updating the status as consignee's address unreachable, even though the delivery agent doesn't called me. Yesterday on 18th May, in the evening, I contacted customer care, she re-confirmed the address, which was correct. She said, company will contact bluedart amritsar office, where my product was reached. Yesterday night at 8:29 pm, I got the message as my product is delivered. I don't know where they delivered my product. My product goes missing. Kindly resolve my issue. Was this information helpful? |
