Blue Dart Express — Negligence of blue dart service provider in my local area | |||||
Hi Sir/Madam, The complaint regarding delivery issue. I suppose to get my courier on January 28th 2017. when i called to my concern person in my university they said your package has come back to university. this courier people not even called me and they them self assumes that they called me, but i didn't get any call from blue dart courier. this happened twice in a 2 months. today accidentally i checked with customer services they said your courier is in your local area, when i check the tracking it shows "Consignee's Address Incorrect." package is received today itself, but they didn't even called me and mark it as a wrong address. I personally went to the courier office and found my package.finally i got my certificates after 2 month.and those are folded .this type of treatment has faced by blue dart in my local area. this guy in local area don't even know anything about courier services. this happened many times to my friends in my local area(WANAPARTHY, TELANANA, 509103). I sincerely request to Blue dart to change the this contract holder who has the contract in WANAPARTHY. arrange someother people who can read manage the couriers perfectly.
