This message is regarding the deep pain and inconvenience i suffered due to one of Bluedart's employee's incompetene.This particular employee Mr.Ritesh Mishra, Senior TSR of Allahabad, UP Bluedart was extremely rude and discourteous when i went to request him to deliver my courier.He was talking with extreme contempt and arrogance and was atrociously unresponsive and unhelpful. He clearly denied to provide any assistance.His behaviour was as such as if he owned the whole Bluedart and customers were his rightly-owned slaves and was extremely disrespectful.
The expected delivery date of my courier was 16 July.However still they didn't dispatch it for delivery so I personally went to their office to receive the courier .He denied that .I asked him to get it delivered at my place, he denied that. For a world class company( I doubt their standards after this incident), such employees are a blot on the hard earned image.I am extremely disappointed and horrified with their service and this particular employee's behaviour has made me realise to end any future associations with Bluedart, if no action is taken against him.
Update : While tracking my courier on your website, it shows Out for delivery and then consignee not available Which is nothing but a blatant lie.They denied to provide any delivery.Such a scam, Such a loss for once used to be a great company :(
Sad to see DHL Is associated with them.
