Blue Dart Express — no attempt made to deliver order, status was updated as 'consignee not available' | |
Hi, This is in regards to my courier bearing AWB #: [protected]. There was no attempt made to deliver the courier, but however, it was updated as 'Consignee not available'. After that multiple calls to Bluedart went waste. Please stop publishing the number[protected] if it does not work. It gets dropped after just 1 second! Also, after I finally got through to BlueDart by calling the head office, I was told that Bluedart will never deliver/call for delivery. The consignee has to call the Bluedart and schedule for delivery. In short, consignee has to track the shipment, once it arrives in the nearest office, consignee has to call the office and schedule the date & time for delivery. Is this how your company works? I, as a recipient, has to keep track of my order, and make the call to schedule it? And even though I called and scheduled for today, no attempt was made. What's the point of calling even! Most of your phone numbers do not work; customer care team says Bluedart will NEVER deliver the order on their own unless the customer calls, even the first time; and even after getting it scheduled by calling them, no attempt is made to schedule it!
