Blue Dart Express — No attempt of delivery even though the product has reached the destination 5 days ago

Based on the latest status, the order has already reached the destination warehouse on 18 June but still I've not received a call for the delivery.
Furthermore, the status falsely states that the delivery was attempted twice but failed because consignee was not at the location.
Today I got a message at 9:01pm that the delivery would be attempted today but at 9:03pm, they messaged the delivery failed as consignee was not at the location even though I didn't receive any call within the meagre 2 min window and I'm at my location.
