Bluedart was one of the most reputed courier service, at least that's what I believed. Unfortunately bluedart has turned to be one of the most disappointing courier services ever. All thanks to your cunning employees trying so hard not to deliver the packages to the customers. My package reached Bangalore on 6th Sept near my location and your so called employees haven't even delivered the package yet.Moreover I didn't even get any call or email about the delivery. Congratulate all your employees for making bluedart service reach rock bottom. Don't worry I have told about this painfull experience to almost everybody I know and I have recommended them not to opt blue dart service . Moreover the tracking information is completely fake and the bluedart customer care service is of no use. I wonder if they even know they working for bluedart.
