Blue Dart Express — no delivery of the product and status given as prohibited entry. the tracking number is [protected]

I had ordered a very valuable product which was to be shipped from bluedart.
however even when i am at my home the product is not delivered saying that my address is wrong or entry was prohibited.my delivery date was 21/7 but it has not reached me till now.such behaviour is forcing me to drag the company to the consumer court. i want my product to be delivered as soon as possible. the help line says that it would be delivered today but at the end of the day the status changes to entry prohibited.
