Blue Dart Express — No mail/phone support | |||||
My AWB number for tracking the shipment is [protected]. I want to trace the receipt of my shipment, however no mail or phone support is available. while calling the cust support numbers, it asks for my confimation of shipment for which i am unable to confirm, repeatedly pressing 1 for confirming my shipment yet IVR says no response. For mail support, i put up at Pune, so I mailed to bluedart bombay and delhi both, n both are giving delivery failed error. Need help urgently Was this information helpful? | |||||
