Blue Dart Express — No proper response and product not yet delivered | |||||
I ordered a desktop CPU which reached the Blue Dart Kochi office before the said date and I didn't get any intimation regarding the arrival. When I enquired in the Kochi office on the expected date of arrival, they said they already returned it to the seller. First of all in Kerala, Blue Dart does not have door delivery, so the basic step you need to take is to contact the recipient and ask to collect rather than having them guess the time of arrival. It is extremely disappointing, time consuming and frustrating to have a delivery service flaw their service in this manner.
