Blue Dart Express — no proper service and coordination amongst co workers found | |||
I got a call about my parcel delivery in between monday to friday, i told the person abrwar that i will be avilable on saturday, so please deliver it on saturday that is today, in morning i called again abrwar and asked to deliver the parcel, he said let me check with parcel and again he havent replied so i called him again so he said parcel is returned as you were not available. Is the communication from my side missing somewhere? I am hostelite wont be available on each saturdays too. Is this how they provide service?
