Dear team, I am was very much frustrated and disappointed about the service done you. I was supposed to receive a cheque from you courier on 2nd of april and yet to receive. I am following to the concern person and courier executive. I am not getting any proper answer for that and also i am not able to find out the status of my courier. It is very urgent. I don't know how to escalate this to management. Please check this on priority and do the needful immediately. I was waiting for the Consignment and i found that today it is returning to shippers address. GA called me in my old address, from where I got shifted now and i told him to arrange it at my office address but he didn't the next day. I want the shipment to be redirected at my office address.
