Thank you so much for your prompt response.
We received a call from the Courier company. Some of their staff asked about the issue and gave the local person's phone number. We went to their office and collect the package.
This problem was created by their irresponsible staff only.
Finally, calling Bluedart's tollfree number is no use. It was not working properly.
They didn't provide any phone number apart from Toll free number. They are doing this on a purpose.
It's because of your efforts, I'm able to collect my parcel.
