Blue Dart Express — non delivery from blue dart courier services | |||
I purchased a mobile phone from tata clicq on 27th of september 2017, which was dispatched by them through bluedart courier services. My shipment was supposed to be delivered on 29th of september 2017. On this date i got a sms from bluedart stating that your shipment cannot be delivered beca use your address is out of our delivery area. It was surprising to me because 15 day back i purchased same mobile from same vendor and it was delivered at my address by blue dart. When i inquired about the same i came to know that my shipment is in nasik (More than 200 km from my place) and they insisted to collect it from our office. So i requested concern person to deliver the same at my doorstep as current location of shipment is more than 200 km away from my address. Concerned representative assured me that your parcel will be delivered within 24 - 48 hours. It has been more than 5 days and my parcel is still in the nasik office. After that day i called blue dart customer care several times and every time i was assured that my parcel will be delivered within 24-48 hours.
