On 23 mar 22 I received the message that your consignment is out of delivery, but I didn't received any call on that day. the same thing repeated for next 10 days without a single from the delivery agent. In between I made multiple calls to customer care and told all the details that I didn't received any calls nor I received the item also informed the landmark of the place, everytime they assured me of delivering the parcel on next day. Till date I didn't received the parcel which is very important to me nor any response from bluedart. Its a very lethargic service.

Updated by AKHIL 123 I received a call from bluedart and they were blaming me only. Later i contacted the bank and requested to mail the item through any other mean except bluedart. Item received on time
