Ref no. Ev[protected]. Consignment arrived bbsr on 26.06.2017. The delivery person did not deliver the consignment intensionally. Even though i had placed a request in the office to call me before going to deliver the packet, no call was given to me. Very poor service by the courier service, i had called for help on the cust care no, but no reply. Only comuterised routine information given. Pl help. Patitapaban sahani. [protected].
