Blue Dart Express — non-delivery of consignment with untrue status "consignee not available"

The consignment was not delivered to me saying consignee not available although i was very much available at the delivery address. This has happened for the last 3 days continuously. It's a very important document that i am awaiting and such untrue status updates are not acceptable. This camera has very bad quality and very small it is waste product bad product has been used in the camera.not an easy functions it is very hard to use the camera not properly mentions instruction

This camera has been a very bad these instruction is so hard i will not understand it and quality of camera is very poor i am did not expected these quality. It is very small, i am not understand this camera. please return this camera and give my money.

Courier sent from darjeeling, west bengal office on 12.06.18 with waybill/reference number [protected]. The said consignment has not been received at the mentioned address. Pls send a receipt copy of same if received.
