I am ashok mutual fund agent from dindigul is forwarding this complaint.
The complaint regards nondelivering of dividend warrants and letters to the investors and sending back by noting irrelevant reasons.
For getting back the covers from amc, we have to go through a laborious process. I can't understand why your branch staffs are working like these.
Please kindly advise your branch people to deliver properly. For your information, already i've lodged the complaint with amcs like, tata, sundaram, icici and cams, requesting them use the speed post or other courier services, instead of bluedart, because of our feedback from clients.
