Dear sir, I have placed an order to m/s e-bay and the item is supposed to be delivered to my address Nukala prabhakar, G-902, queens town, Near chinchwad railway station, Chinchwad, Pune. I wish to inform you that this item is not delivered, but the e-bay is rejecting my claim for refund of the money for the item not delivered stating that the item is delivered to mr. Joshi. I have not authorized anybody to receive the item on my behalf. How the item is delivered to a person who do not have any authorization? Please resolve the delivery issue immediately.
