Blue Dart Express — Non delivery of items quoting wrong reasons | |||
I have two items with blue dart to be delivered to me. One prepaid order for which the update on 29 Dec shows attempted delivery, department extension number not available. The other one is from bank and for this too same explanation given for non delivery. I had given the same residential address for both and I didn't not receive any SMS or call attempting to deliver the items And today after contacting the blue dart customer care, even after clarifying so much he was telling me that he has to confirm which address he should deliver though he was reading out the same address and phone number as I had given and wanted the items to be delivered. And he said he would deliver it in 2 days time. Very poor service, extremely callous attitude and taking customers for granted. I should wait only because Blue dart thinks my residential address is department address and every department must have an extension number and every employee must be available in that extention whenever Blue dart decides to deliver his/her items !!!?????!!!
