I have been waiting for my courier on 14th and 15th November, 2016 for my AWB: [protected] and called your Customer toll free number and informed today twice but no effect. Your tracker shows attempted on 14th at 2.30 pm and on 15th November, 2016 at 3.10 pm but house locked which is false.You have made no attempts to deliver my courier which does not speak good of your Courier. I was personally waiting to collect the courier both these days... Now Please let me know If you are going to deliver the document to me or should I take up with my Bank seriously... Updated by dennychayan You can deliver the courier asap any time during the day. If I am not present my wife will be available with the required proof to collect.
