It is very often observed that your courier staff do not delivery any document/ parcels arrived; at our location. We have to personally collect it from their office. Alternately it is mentioned as "address not found/ incomplete address/ landmark required". We are location in the heart of the city and on the very prominent government offices area. Secondly, we are receiving parcels & couriers from other courier partner like gati, dtdc, dhl etc. I would like to know as to why bluedart, a very renowned company is inefficient in making deliveries.
