I am forced to write on the pathetic service being done by the Bluedart in my area (PIN Code #560037). There are more than one instance where the delivery boy has not delivered on mentioned date and have given false reason for the same. This kind of service may be exception but it definitely dents your image. It would help if you have some quality control and can take people responsible to task
I would take example of two "Airway Bill No" - [protected] and [protected]
First Airway Bill [protected] - On 7th of Nov - 2015 at 18:45, delivery boy updated the status as "Delivery Attempted - Premises Closed". The fact is that he never attempted any delivery. I was at home that time. I also checked reception guys downstairs and they mentioned that no Bluedart guy came to deliver.
Second Airway Bill [protected] - On 12th of Nov - 2016 at 19:49, delivery boy updated the status as "Consignee's Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed". Now, this is same address as above Airway Bill Number. So, can you tell me how the address became unlocatable when it was locatable few days back???
I raised complaint for the first Airway Bill but looks like nothing happened to it. This kind of service by your guys can give you good SLA numbers by circumventing or fooling system but wont give you a good name for sure.
When India Post, DTDC, Professional courier can deliver, why you guys can't??? Aren't you supposed to be better?? But the callous attitude says that its not the case.
