-on 29/09/2017 your delivery boy had put slip`sorry to have missed you`in our letter box without giving any doorbell. All family members were at home only
-on 30/09/2017 i called your customer service but they were unable to resolve the issue telling that from 30/09/2017 to 02/10/2017 are holidays and assured that shipment will be delivered on 03/10/2017 only.
-on 03/10/2017 when i called them then assurance was given that it will be delivered by 1pm
-as it was not delivered by 3pm i again called customer service and they said"no one was available at home so shipment was returned" on the contrary we were waiting for it since morning and everyone were at home only
When we were waiting for our shipment since 29/09/2017 how can your delivery boy can report so
I have not received my shipment no.[protected] till datefor which your delivery boy is solely resposible.
