Blue Dart Express — non delivery of shipment awb - [protected]

According to tracking details of my shipment (Awb - [protected]), on 15 Mar 19 shipment has arrived Vizag warehouse and on 16 Mar 20 they showed the address in prohibited area. But nobody tried to contact me. If entry was restricted to naval area then I could get the parcel from gate or otherwise from Blue dart office also. I also did the complaint to customer care on 21 mar regarding this, they assured me that shipment will be delivered surely on 23 mar. But nobody delivered and no response from customer care also after that.
