I am a ebay and amazon seller. As per the pin code based service availability, we checked the pin code 800009 [patana] one of the our parcel we sent.[waybill number : [protected]] but the item after reaching they send it back saying non serviceable area and and sending back with remark "returned to origin at shipper's request'.
I did not request, the phone number was given was checked and verified and we send the parcel.
To day i called my buyer he said from blue dart person was not ready to deliver the item to his address, and asked to reach his office and collect. He is an old person and requested to deliver to his home. Instead of that they returned the item.
This is the second complaint i am sending you regarding similar case agaist shillong blue dart. I am a online seller and we are paying high rate of service charge to blue dart comparing to other courier agency.
It is you company person s responsibility to deliver the item to the address,
