Blue Dart Express — non-receipt of courier. | |||||
Date: 26th May, 2018 Tack ID No: [protected] Place: Ahmedabad. i tracked the order and came to know that, courier is been received at Ahmadabad office on 25th May, 2018, but still 31st May, 2018 that have not delivered courier, but everyday they use to call 10 times and saying today definitely we will deliver. They have dictated my address for couple of times to them, at last i was fade up that i prayed that please deliver, because that cover contains important bank documents, i am getting 10 calls from bank for the same, i have been charged penalty even, than also they are not ready to deliver. Even i provided my office address, so whichever place is near to them they can deliver, and at last when i was so much in need and i told them that please deliver my courier otherwise i have to file complain against you, they said that we have already delivered yesterday, and i even told that i asked to every person in my society, checked society entry register, even watchman told that no delivery boy came for courier than also they said that we have delivered, and when i demanded to provide me the signature of or name of reciever of my courier they clearly denied. It was my worst experience with bluedart, iwill never use again this services, even i will inform my friends and near ones to never ever take services from bluedart.
