Blue Dart Express — non receipt of parcel for waybill no [protected] | |||||
Mam, Kind attention mrs. Soniya nair I had ordered a book from make my delivery on 1/10/17. It was attempted for delivery on 3/10/2017 and they found the premises closed. There was neither any call from the agent that he is delivering nor any note at my house. I contacted your service center on 3/10/2017 in the evening and they promised me that it will be delivered on 5/10/2017 between 10am-1pm. I took a half day's leave and the parcel was attempted delivery at 3.30 when he again found the house locked. This parcel was very urgently needed by me and when i contacted your customer service on 5/10/2017 at 6.20 pm they are informing me that it will be delivered on 6/10/2017 and no time given. I have to go to work and cannot take leave which i think bluedart very well understands. It is sad that a courier company of such repute is badly functioning and troubling people like me. I would like the management to take necessary action and have the parcel delivered at my residence tomorrow before 9.30am that is the time i leave for my job An early action is appreciated Was this information helpful? | |||||
