Blue Dart Express — not able to contact you | |
I got a message that my credit card will be delivered on 26october2018 but i didn't get any call from them or any message about delivery executive. On 27october2018 i got a call but didn't attend that later when i called back there is a voice saying that this is about bluedart return ee apologise as we can't talk to you now. Im facing the same problem and I think this is the regular procedure of bluedart's executives. This may be the reason that the customer satisfaction rating is only 3%. They don't look after their customer's complaint.
