Tracking no. [protected]. Sir/madam, The above consignment was reached local ntpc hub on 01.10.18. The person was not attended my address. After not attending the address, he has kept me a message as address wrong. On receiving the message i have visited the hub and inquired about the message and consignment. He told me the concern person was meet with an accident and not visited my house. Also told that there is no other option that he has to update the status of the consignment. That's way he kept as wrong address. Kindly rectify the same at your end. Was this information helpful? | |||
