Blue Dart Express — Not contact the customers they peoples are rejected orders with silly reasons

My self Varaprasad l, I’m staying in Hyderabad. So many time this Bachupally blue dart team was rejected my orders with out my knowledge, they people are not contact with the customers and not visit to the customers address. There are mention they tracking form customers not at home, customers not letting the calls, etc…

Same again I’m facing the issue now, they are not contact but in tracker form showing customers not interested to exchange.

Please take a action seriously or change the vendor.
