AWB NO- [protected] Name - Subrato Pal I didn't received my courier for two attempts only for Incomplete address and I mention correct address with proper landmark. If there is any problem courier person should call me but no call and for two days. This is my very important document of Bank. I even call to bluedart customer care but i didn't find any resolutions. My nearest blue dart office is at- MOHAN CO-OP. INDUS. ESTATE MATHURA ROAD Location NEW DELHI Telephone Customer Service[protected] Please take the proper action for this. I want my courier as this is my Bank Documents. Lastly I Received the courier.There was no mobile no. on the parcel thats why my courier unable to reach.
That is totally fault of Kotak Bank to not mention the Mobile no. of the customer.
